Tamara Orlova (Eastern Europe & UK)
Tamara is a London-based filmmaker who began her career in 2014 on the set of Crossing Over (2016). Since then, she has worked as Production Coordinator on DarkGame starring Ed Westwick, co-produced the award-winning thriller Escape with Director Howard J Ford, and produced the short drama Ivanko's Childhood starring Tom Goodman-Hill, Sandra Dickinson, Tom Meeten, and Sinead Matthews. Ivanko's Childhood received a Humanity Award honorable mention at the New Renaissance Film Festival and was selected for the Manchester Film Festival.
In 2019, Tamara founded the London-based short film awards, The DAFTAS, and is a judge for the Epica Awards.
For Velvet Coconut, Tamara leads investor, government, and studio relations, along with development and production.

Brian Scott Miller (North America)
Brian is a Tucson native whose career began assisting the Emmy Award–winning set designer of the syndicated series Funhouse. He has worked behind the scenes on STARZ campaigns including DaVinci’s Demons, The White Queen, Magic City and Power, appeared in numerous indie films and shorts, and served as Master of Ceremonies for Touchstone’s Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion premiere party. Behind the camera, he co-wrote and directed the award-winning feature The Pink Conspiracy and has new projects in development with Velvet Coconut.
Brian trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Woodbury University, and holds an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA, where he also teaches. He splits his time between Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Berlin.
For Velvet Coconut, Brian focuses on screenwriting, directing, project development, and investor relations.

Thomas Beatty (Ireland & UK)
Thomas Beatty is an award-winning Belfast-born writer and director trained at the National Theatre School of Ireland. He began on stage, performing across Ireland including Borstal Boy at the Gaiety, and founded his own theatre company, earning a Stewart Parker Award.
Transitioning to film, he appeared in Pugilist, Water Over Blood, and Caledonia, while also moving into creative leadership by founding Celestial Gateway and serving as Head of Development at West One Entertainment. Beatty made his directorial debut with the dark comedy The Hook, which has already garnered festival awards and is slated for release in 2026.
For Velvet Coconut, Thomas is involved in screenwriting, directing, and producing.

Elijah Rowen (Ireland / Germany)
Trained at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Elijah Rowen is an award-winning Irish actor and producer working across Irish, British, and European film and television. His acting credits include a lead role in Sky’s Curfew and a recurring role in Vikings, with his work receiving recognition at Film Italy in Venice, among other notable events. He produced and starred in The Hook and Caledonia, and has been honored most recently at the Bournemouth International Film Festival.
His approach is instinctive, focused, and unapologetically forward-moving.
For Velvet Coconut, Elijah is in front of the camera and behind the scenes, focusing on investor relations, story editing, production, and development.

Jack McEvoy (Western Europe)
While Jack’s notable film and TV appearances include The Rhythm Section among others, he gained international recognition for his role as Helgi the Lean in the hit series Vikings for The History Channel. Constantly in demand, Jack has completed his work on several films, including the upcoming feature The Glitch and the Ghost with Mischa Barton, and South of Hope Street alongside Judd Nelson and the late Michael Madsen.
He studied at the National Theatre School of Ireland and can often be found at home in London or anywhere in Western Europe where he’s on set.
Jack works in front of the camera, story editing, and with investors and talent for Velvet Coconut.
