    Any similarity between a Submission and a project in development—past, current, or future—is purely coincidental and does not create liability for the Company.

  5. Rights Retained
    You retain ownership of your own work.
    No rights are transferred unless a separate written agreement is later executed.

  6. Permission to Evaluate
    You grant Velvet Coconut Partnership a limited, royalty-free license to view, copy, internally share, and evaluate the Submission solely for the purpose of determining fit.

  7. Worldwide Reach
    These terms apply regardless of where the Submission originates—US, UK, EU, EEA, or internationally.

Invited or Requested Submissions

If Velvet Coconut Partnership invites material:

  • Additional terms may be provided

  • Submission may enter formal review only after written confirmation
